Blackstone Provincial Recreation Area is located 30 km north of Nordegg, off Highway 734, along the Chungo Road. The Blackstone Group Site is situated along the banks of the Blackstone River. Abundant with bull trout, cutthroat, and mountain whitefish, the river has become a favorite haunt for local anglers and fly-fishing enthusiasts alike.
