E.C. Manning Park is located in the heart of the Cascade Mountains, within a three-hour drive of both the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan. There are 16 backcountry campgrounds in E.C. Manning Park, all with a variety of amenities. Backcountry Reservations are required in peak summer season at Buckhorn, Kicking Horse and Frosty Creek campgrounds. All other backcountry campgrounds require backcountry registration year-round.
