Marten River offers both day use and car camping. The park provides opportunities for swimming, boating, paddling, and angling on the waters of Marten RIver, and hiking on its three looped trails. The campground offers many electrical campsites. Sites can accommodate equipment ranging from tents only to large trailers. Amenities such as water taps, comfort stations, and laundry facilities are close by. The day use area is located close to the park entrance and Highway 11. There is a large beach and picnic area on Marten River with canoe access and a boat launch. The day use area is next to "The Winter Camp", a replica logging camp and museum that brings a bygone era to life.
