what to expect

North Beach is a recreational day use park located near Consecon on the west side of Prince Edward County. The park is a bay-mouth sandbar at approximately 1,200 metres long and 200 metres wide; it is a park which is almost all beach. This sandbar, situated on Lake Ontario and North Bay, provides two different beach experiences. A small canteen is available in the park, there is a boat launch suitable for small vessels on the North Bay side of the park and there is a beach designated for visitors with dogs. North Beach does not offer camping.
