Located near Dauphin, Rainbow Beach Provincial Park is nestled on the south shore of Dauphin Lake. This lake is one of the reminders that the area once rested beneath ancient Lake Agassiz. Rainbow Beach campground has electric/water, electrical and basic campsites which are spacious and private - great for quiet family get-togethers. The beach and picnic areas along with the playground, ball diamond and hiking trails contribute to your outdoor experience. Modern washrooms and showers provide added comfort. The nearby Dauphin Golf and Country Club offers a perfect diversion for the avid golfer. This area is alive with activity throughout the summer as the Dauphin area plays host to Countryfest in July and Canada's National Ukrainian Festival in August.
