Whitehorse Creek Provincial Recreation Area is located about 6 km southwest of Cadomin on a gravel access road. It is a staging area for the mountainous Whitehorse Wildland Provincial Park . The campground is situated along scenic Whitehorse Creek, near the confluence of the Whitehorse Creek and McLeod River. There are corrals, hitching rails, and a loading ramp available for equestrian users, reservations are recommended. Visitors can enjoy hiking and scrambling mountains in the adjacent wildland park, fishing, horseback riding, and lounging beside waterfalls.
